Matthew Moir was admitted to the New South Wales Bar in August 2004. 

Matthew practices and specialises in employment law and workplace health and safety prosecutions.  Matthew also has a busy commercial practice, involving contractual disputes and corporate equity law.

Matthew has published refereed articles in the Sydney Law Review and the Australian Journal of Labour Law, including a recent case note in the AJLL.
