Background
Prior to his call to the Bar, Jesse worked for NSW Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) both in Dubbo, and Gosford. During this time, he gained extensive experience as an advocate in the Local, Children’s and District Courts.
Jesse has a wealth of experience in all stages of the Early Appropriate Guilty Plea (EAGP) scheme, including case conferences, negotiating appropriate pleas, appearing on sentence, Local Court hearings, and complex bail matters. Amongst other serious crimes, he has an extensive background with offences of drug supply, firearms, fraud and historic sexual assault. Jesse has extensive experience dealing with vulnerable witnesses, including children and Aboriginal persons.
Jesse accepts briefs in all areas of law, with a particular focus on criminal, but has a specific interest in high tech, and AI crime. He is available to appear in regional and metropolitan Courts.
